Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain categories (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, customized products) are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Partial returns will be refunded only for the returned item(s).

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, returns may be requested after delivery.
• Prepaid cancellations refunded within 7–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Exceptions

• Clearance sale items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver products across India. International shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value during promotions.

5. Tracking Orders

Customers receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, report it within 48 hours of delivery to retail@sportsnextindia.com.
• We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism (DPDP Act Compliance)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address customer complaints related to privacy, returns, refunds, cancellations, or shipping.
